* Once we arrive the Agent in charge of the job will introduce themselves in order for you to discuss any areas that you think may need particular attention. and also so you can show them all areas of the premises.
* Expect professionalism at all times.
* Leaving any protective pads underneath furniture legs and leave in place any paper used with upholstered items until the carpet and/or upholstery is completely dry to avoid any color transfer.
* Feel free to walk on your carpet immediately after cleaning but do avoid wearing shoes, as they may re-soil your carpet. Be especially cautious when walking from damp, carpeted areas onto non-carpeted areas to avoid slipping.
* If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the work performed, simply notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will be happy to address any concerns you may have under our <link>Deep Down Clean Guarantee</link>.
* Our business relies on building relationships with our customers and keeping you happy. Once we’ve cleaned your property, you will be left with a simple customer satisfaction survey so you can let us know how we did and how we can improve to serve you better.
